About the company

PONATURE s.r.o. operates the e-shop kilpi.cz, which focuses on the development and sale of custom sportswear and footwear. The brand targets active people of all ages - both adults and children, who are looking for functional and quality products for sports and leisure. Before the start of cooperation with Revora, the e-shop offered approximately 2,000 products and had a traffic of more than 20,000 visitors per day, making it one of the major players in the sportswear segment on the Czech market

Before deploying Rewora's solution, the kilpi.cz e-shop faced a lack of customer reviews, which had a direct impact on the credibility of the brand. Despite the wide range and quality of products comparable to global brands, customers lacked enough authentic experiences of other buyers to strengthen their purchasing decisions. Weak social proof thus reduced trust in the products and limited the full conversion potential of the e-shop.

Objectives

The goal of the Rewora deployment was to strengthen customer trust through authentic reviews and at the same time improve the SEO performance of the kilpi.cz e-shop. The client wanted to clearly communicate the quality of its products and move closer in brand perception to established global manufacturers, thereby reducing customer concerns when making purchasing decisions and driving growth in conversions.

Solution & Implementation

Rewora was deployed on the kilpi.cz e-shop to systematically build trust through store reviews and product reviews. The client used basic but key modules of Revora to collect authentic customer feedback and display it directly in the purchasing process.

The integration was done via Google Tag Manager (GTM), which made the deployment fast and technically easy without the need for major interventions in the e-shop platform. Client involvement was minimal - most of the integration and setup steps were handled by the Rewora team, which allowed for a quick start without burdening the client's internal capabilities. The management of reviews and their use in practice was smooth and without the need for intensive handling by the client.

The deployment of Rewora has brought the e-shop a significant increase in the number of reviews, which has directly translated into higher customer confidence and more confident purchasing decisions. Customers who worked with the widgets made up to approximately 10% more product insertions into their cart.

Customers are asking fewer questions before they buy, as many answers are found directly in product reviews, which has improved the overall customer experience and the effectiveness of communication. Feedback from reviews has become an important input for production and further product improvement, and thanks to indexable content, reviews have also had a positive impact on SEO.
